Spring Outfit

So we are midway through Spring practically and some days in the UK can be very warm whereas others turn out to be quite cold. Picking an outfit therefore is difficult when the weather changes so suddenly! This outfit of mine is one that includes a skirt for warm days however it also includes a (mid-way sleeved) jumper, encompassing a spring flowery print. I think this look is perfect for in-between days as the jumper is warm and the skirt can be worn with or without tights (depending on how warm it is).

I added a small, handled lady-like bag which I love and these type of small bags are totally on-trend right now. I also added spring like accessories including my flower ring which is massive, and a Tiffany Bracelet which looks simple but effective. My shoes are new they are jelly shoes created by the company Mel. All their shoes (that I am aware of) are created to smell of raspberry! They still smell great! I think that they add such a fun element to an outfit and I am pretty much in love with all the shoes this brand makes!

While taking the images I was enjoying my morning coffee in my favourite vintage looking mug! This print is everywhere now! Its also the mug I always use at home its so cute and worth a mention! (Random I know!)

70's Suede

So todays post is all about simple 70's hippie chic. This was my outfit for today, its actually quite sunny at the moment in the UK ... how unusual! It was an excuse to wear my new floppy felt hat, suede heels and crop top.
Suede is having a big moment right now, I am in love with my new heels in caramel. They weren't very expensive even though they are real suede which is an added bonus. My bag I have had for years its also suede with fringing by Claudia Canova, I love it! On top of my hat I have added a flower headband which works perfectly in giving a hippie vibe to the piece. Any flower headband would work.
Think 70's clothes and a 'don't care' hippie attitude and it'll work for this season!

Bracelet stack!

My first post! Hello, my name is Jasmine and I am the Tall girl! I hope you enjoy viewing my blog and thank you for being here.
So lets begin, my post today is covering two recent trends featuring for S/S 2015 which are the 70's revival and Boho luxe. One of the easiest ways I've found to accommodate both of these is to layer up a whole stack of bracelets paired with a white top and bright blue jeans.
I love stacking bracelets and its been an obsession of mine for years, I just love the simplicity of 'chucking' on any bracelets. And believe me it doesn't matter which you choose! The look is so disorganised but looks so elegant and sophisticated all at the same time, especially when paired with gemstone rings.
The bracelets displayed here are from various sources, my handchain was from New Look (UK) a regular choice for high street buys, however some came purely by luck. I bought a couple of them at a Spanish market, (they are fantastic for this) and some on holidays. One of my favourite however is my amber coloured corded bracelet which apparently gives courage - therefore an added bonus.
So there you have it, go start your treasure hunting and remember stack em' high!
